The Township has a leaf collection program whereby leaves are collected and transported to a composting facility. Leaves are collected from October through December on the Saturday after your normal trash pick-up day. The township’s contracted hauler collects leaves at curbside that are in biodegradable Kraft bags (no plastic bags).
Biodegradable Kraft Leaf Bags are available for 50 cents each at the Township Municipal Building.

The Recycling Committee meets on the fourth Tuesday of every month at the West Lampeter Township Municipal Building. The meetings begin at 6:30PM in the conference room. Join us and share your ideas!
